Voting Question: I am purchasing a house in Hayward CA, Foster/ Sunvale Court area is this a safe neighborhood?

I am purchasing a condo in hayward soon on Foster. I have always lives in Pacifica which has been great. I did notice some graffiti on a tree near by but aside from that the neighborhood seemed pretty chill.
